Bo Escritt has over 20 years’ experience of working as a Human Resources professional and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Her career spans the private, charity and public sector, including at Amnesty International and various trusts within the NHS. She has managed and advised on casework including disciplinary, sickness, grievances and employment tribunals. She also has experience of change management, recruitment, policy and procedure development and employment contracts.
Bo is a Partner at Counterculture where she is Head of Human Resources and Professional Development. Her work for the consultancy firm has included helping organisations run the recruitment process for senior staff, advising on employment contracts and policies and guiding organisations through the redundancy process. She has also advised organisations on equality, diversity and inclusion and has worked as a National Diversity and Inclusion Lead in the ambulance sector. She holds a diploma in coaching from Cambridge University and is a fully accredited executive and life coach as well as a mentor.
